Cal-Bay Systems Inc., a system integration company with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles has acquired LabVIEWexpert.com, the leading LabVIEW services company in San Diego. "This deal makes Cal-Bay Systems the largest west coast NI alliance member," says Buck Smith. "The San Diego office will allow us to better service many of our defense and vibration monitoring clients."

The acquisition gives Cal-Bay deeper expertise in telecom /cell phone test and enables Cal-Bay to expand into the manufacturing markets of Asia and Mexico. Patrick Kelly, founder of LabVIEWexpert, joins Cal-Bay Systems as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing. Kelly states: "This acquisition gives Cal-Bay a complete, world-class management team.
