Vibration monitoring can be applied to a wide variety of machinery across industries. These types of machines need to be tested both during design and assembly, and also during normal operation. Additionally, vibration analysis tools can be used to measure environmental vibrations in sensitive applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, or in cases of potential disturbances to surrounding facilities, as in the case of building construction.
vibDaq™ is our vibration monitoring system designed for easy acquisition, viewing, logging, and analysis of vibration data. All of our vibDaq systems are based upon commercial-off-the-shelf National Instruments hardware for performance, reliability, low cost and expandability. We offer:

2. vibDaq Continuous Monitoring (CM)™
vibDaq™ can acquire vibration or tachometer data on channels at sampling rates up to 51.2 kHz. All channels are sampled simultaneously, with AC/DC coupling and IEPE power programmable for each channel individually.
Our vibDaq™ vibration monitoring software application utilizes the newest signal processing and order tracking algorithms. We analyze vibration data using even-angle re-sampling to provide the most accurate angular resolution possible. Floating windows allow you to view a wide variety of plots (time domain, tabular, FFT, orbit, bode, polar, waterfall, cascade, shaft centerline, trend, etc) using either live or logged data. Data can be logged based on user-defined criteria and played back for later vibration analysis.
