Process Monitoring

Cal-Bay Systems have been developing Process Monitoring and Process Control Systems since 1993. With the introduction of the Personal Computer and software development tools such as LabVIEW DSC, it has never been easier to produce high quality Monitoring and Control Systems.

 

Traditionally built around PLC's, SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) systems were expensive and inflexible. The introduction of real-time operating systems and low cost I/O hardware allows us to provide our customers with solutions that are high performance, flexible and cost effective.

 

We have a well documented software development standard and a comprehensive library of software modules, architectures and tools.
