The Electroglas Probe Station Driver supports the most utilized commands for Electroglas 20xx series probe stations. The driver uses the VISA calls so it supports both GPIB and RS-232 interfaces to the prober.
Developed with the technical support of Electroglas and National Instruments, the driver has been thoroughly tested on 2001 model prober.
