The VC-100 Vacuum Control System provides a high level of vacuum chamber control functions through one easy to use GUI (Graphical User Interface). It is ideally suited to companies looking to control a vacuum chamber or a number of chambers. All necessary interlock settings can be set via the front panel.
Running on an industrial panel computer, the system is compact and flexible. It uses ruggedised industrial I/O for use in harsh environments. The system can be operated remotely via any web browser.
